ListingCheck AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an advertising compliance tool for Ontario real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ListingCheck AI, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes.
- Ad content you submit. The advertising text you paste into the checker, along with the resulting compliance report, is stored so you can view your check history.
- Usage data. We keep basic records such as the number of checks you have run in order to operate trial limits and your account.
How we use your information
- To provide the compliance-checking service and your check history.
- To operate your account, authentication, and trial limits.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information. Ad content you submit is processed by a third-party AI provider solely to generate your compliance report.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your account and check history until you delete them. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
